1. How do I find my perfect size?

Our Size Guide is available on each product page, with measurements for every style. If you are between sizes or unsure, our Customer Care team is happy to provide personalised sizing assistance via email or chat.

 

 

2. Do you offer custom fittings?

While we do not offer custom-made pieces at this time, many of our designs feature adjustable straps, hook-and-eye closures, and flexible fabrics to ensure a comfortable fit.

 

 

3. Can I return or exchange my lingerie?

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, all sales are final once the hygiene seal or tags are removed. We only accept returns for manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

 

 

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Malaysia: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • International: 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
     Please note delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sales periods, or unforeseen courier delays.

 

 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Chanceline ships to selected countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

 

 

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept FPX Online Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and other secure payment options listed at checkout. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

 

 

7. Will my order be gift-wrapped?

Yes — all Chanceline pieces arrive in our signature packaging, designed to be as elegant to receive as they are to wear. You may also add a personalised note at checkout.

 

 

8. How do I care for my lingerie?

To preserve the beauty of your Chanceline pieces:

  • Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent.

  • Avoid twisting, wringing, or machine washing.

  • Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.

  • Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in our Chanceline lingerie pouch.

 

 

9. Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Once your order is confirmed, it enters our preparation process immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
