2. Packaging & Product Presentation

2.1 We take every effort to present our lingerie and intimate collections with the highest accuracy. However, slight variations in colour, embroidery placement, or detailing may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or artisanal craftsmanship.
2.2 All items are subject to availability. In the rare event a product becomes unavailable after your order, our Customer Care team will offer an alternative or a full refund.
2.3 All Chancéline orders are elegantly packaged in our signature gift box, carefully prepared with attention to detail. Each parcel includes a special gift, making your delivery not only secure but also a delightful experience to receive.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
3.2 Accepted payment methods include FPX Online Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and any other methods listed at checkout.
3.3 Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received and confirmed.

4. Orders & Confirmation

4.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all personal and delivery details provided are complete and accurate.
4.2 Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Please review your selections carefully before completing checkout.
4.3 Chanceline reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We deliver throughout Malaysia and to select international destinations.
5.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festive periods, sales events, or unforeseen courier delays.
5.3 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

6. Returns & Exchanges –

Chancéline Returns & Exchanges Policy;

At Chancéline, your satisfaction and confidence are our priority. Because lingerie is considered a hygiene-sensitive item, our return and exchange policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, Panties, thongs, and other bottom pieces of lingerie
Bodysuits and any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas
Items without original tags or labels
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Returnable Items

Bras, bralettes, corsets can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Shipping costs for return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product or an item different from your order, we will provide a full refund or free replacement.
In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by Chanceline.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange, so you can choose another product you love.
Direct refunds are only available for defective or incorrect orders.

7. Promotions & Privileges

7.1 Promotional codes are valid for single use per customer unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability
