Chancéline Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Chancéline, your satisfaction and confidence are our priority. Because lingerie is considered a hygiene-sensitive item, our return and exchange policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, Panties, thongs, and other bottom pieces of lingerie
  • Bodysuits and any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas
  • Items without original tags or labels
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. 

Returnable Items

  • Bras, bralettes, corsets can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping costs for return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective product or an item different from your order, we will provide a full refund or free replacement.
  • In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by Chanceline.

 Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange, so you can choose another product you love.
  • Direct refunds are only available for defective or incorrect orders.
